Journeys Worth Remembering
We design travel, events and experiences that people never stop talking about — safaris, private celebrations and quiet escapes composed around you, and handled to the last detail.
THREE DISCIPLINES
One House, Three Ways to Wander
Travels, Events and Experiences sit under one roof and one team. Most clients begin with one and return for the others — the same planner, the same standards, a different kind of day.
01
Travels
Bespoke itineraries — a six-day safari in the Mara, a slow Mediterranean summer, a grand tour built a year ahead. Routed around the season, the light and the way you like to move.
02
Events
Conferences, corporate retreats, milestone celebrations and destination weddings, produced on location. Every supplier, permit and seating plan ours to hold, so yours is only to arrive.

DESTINATIONS
Where We Take You
A short list of the places we know intimately — and a longer one we would rather describe in person. Tell us the feeling you are after and we will route the map around it.

THE ERA DIFFERENCE
We don’t sell packages. We design journeys and gatherings — then hold every thread of them.
One house means one conversation. The planner who hears what you actually want is the same person who books the guide, walks the venue, negotiates the room and picks up the phone at 2am when a flight moves. Nothing is handed to a call centre, and nothing is left to chance.

ACCESS & IMMERSION
One planner, start to finish
A single named designer owns your journey or event from the first call to the last transfer.
Private guides and hosts
Vetted specialists who live in the place, booked for you alone — never a shared group.
Access you cannot book yourself
Private conservancies, closed-door tastings, after-hours sites and rooms held off-market.
Every detail handled before you ask
Visas, permits, transfers, dietary notes and flight changes are solved quietly in the background.
One point of contact, always awake
A live line to your planner throughout the trip, in every time zone you pass through.
BEFORE YOU ASK
The questions worth settling before anything is booked.
How far ahead to begin, what a journey costs to put together, who takes care of the paperwork — the six things we are asked most often, answered plainly.

How far ahead should we start planning?
It depends on the shape of the journey. Private camps, villas and the guides we hold for you alone are released in limited numbers, so the earlier we begin, the more of them are still available to you — and a celebration involving a venue or a buy-out usually wants longer still. Tell us your dates and we will tell you honestly how much runway you have. [Add your own recommended lead times for travel and for events.]
What does a journey typically cost to put together?
Every journey is priced from the ground up, so there is no single figure to quote. What we can promise is a proposal you can read line by line: accommodation, guiding, transfers, private access and our own planning fee shown separately, with nothing buried. We will also tell you when moving a season or a region buys noticeably more for the same money. [Add your typical price range or minimum spend, if you publish one.]
Do you handle visas and flights?
Yes. Visa applications, permits, entry paperwork and the timing around them sit with your planner, and we work alongside your flights — advising the routes and arrival windows that protect a connection, a charter or a transfer. Where it is simplest, we can arrange the air on your behalf as well.
How large can our group be?
Anything from two travellers on a private itinerary to a full retreat or a multi-day celebration. Because nothing is shared with strangers, the size of the party is your decision rather than ours — the plan changes shape, the level of service does not. Larger groups simply get more hosts and more lead time.
How do payments work?
A deposit secures your dates and the suppliers we hold on your behalf, with the balance falling due ahead of departure and instalments spread where that helps. The full schedule is written down and agreed before you commit to anything. [Add your deposit percentage, balance due date and accepted payment methods.]
What happens if plans change?
Plans move, so we build for it. Your planner reworks dates, routes and rooms and takes the supplier conversations on your side, so you are never the one chasing a hotel or a camp. Where a change carries a fee or a cancellation carries a cost, you see the exact charge before we commit to it. [Add your own amendment and cancellation terms.]
PLAN WITH US
Let’s Build Your Next Chapter
Tell us roughly where, when and with whom. A planner reads every enquiry personally and comes back with first thoughts, honest timing and a shape for the journey or event — not a brochure.
We will say so plainly if your dates or vision need rethinking
